Retention

We delete emails once the matter has been handled, at the latest 12 months after the last contact, unless the law requires longer retention. Log data is kept in line with the hosting provider’s practice.

Recipients and processors

The website is hosted by Hostinger. Our email runs on Google’s Gmail service. We do not disclose data to others or use it for marketing.

The website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not load content from third-party services.
